What data we collect
When you make a print inquiry or place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. We do not store payment information.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to process and deliver your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and comply with legal obligations (invoicing and tax records). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carrier).
Data retention
Order records are retained for 10 years as required by Swiss commercial law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with the work — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where they come from. No personal data is sold or shared.
